L’avenir nous réserve toujours de belles surprise 🌈
Some private universities like Columbia and Brown have agreed to pay to end it, but now California is clearly saying "no." Newsom is calling it outright extortion and would rather face a lawsuit than open the door to this kind of pressure in the future. And frankly

Now I try to play it cool: I ask nicely how many sets they have left, and if we can alternate. In reality, nine times out of ten, the person is super open and it goes well.

This idea that, in certain spheres, their exclusion is still presented as an “opinion” and not as an aggression. We tolerate, even protect certain transphobic speeches, because they are wrapped in “personal convictions” or so-called ethical concerns. But we rarely call things by their name.

It’s often these little moments shared around a table or a dish that remain etched in your memory. This made me want to ask you a question: if you had to choose a taste that, for you, truly sums up summer… what would it be?

This isn't paranoia or conspiracy theories: it's in black and white in their own documents. And while part of the country continues to believe that "it can't happen here," they are quietly moving forward.

The encounter between Georg Nigl and Alexander Gergelyfi, on this period clavichord, seems to me to be a true dialogue between three voices: that of the singer, that of the musician, and the almost invisible voice of the deceased master

He's shown so much character throughout this series. The intensity with which he bowls, even after dozens of overs, is impressive. He gives the impression that he plays every ball as if it's his last. And that consistency... Shall we talk about it?

a thirst for power that takes precedence over ethical coherence. One has the impression that he is trying to smooth over anything that might disturb the centrist electorate, even if it means sorting out the causes he publicly defends. For a former human rights lawyer, this has a strange effect.

You're right: if hundreds of thousands can march together, why can't they sit together? Occupy the space differently. Transform the street into a place of life, a place of meaning. It's more than a demonstration; it's a continuous presence. A quiet but unwavering act of resistance.

Oh, that resolution you keep repeating like a mantra... I feel like it's going to shatter at the first window 😉 Cardiff and its bookstores have that little magic power, don't they? You go there with good intentions, and you leave with a pile under your arm.

It's crazy how the body becomes a highly calibrated machine just for one test. And that feeling of paying attention to every bite... you start reading labels as if your life depended on it.

And Fatawu, wow... He's got something special. He's not just a fast winger, he's a player who takes responsibility, who plays with nerve, but always with his head up. It seems like he wants to prove something this season, as if he knows he can be one of the key pieces of this revival

“Iam not far-right.”This is precisely where it is pernicious:these men do not see themselves as extremists. They sometimes see themselves as “simple concerned citizens,” convinced they are doing the right thing.
except that they are in a riot, ready to burn down a place where human beings are sleeping

When I read sentences like “we’re coming for you,and it will be funded without limit,” Ican’t help but think about the human damage that this represents. The Peggie case in Scotland, for example, has become the symbol of an ideological conflict that is being placed on the shoulders of a few individuals

What I find particularly inspiring is that they didn't rely on a single solution, but on a whole coherent ecosystem: speed limited to 30 km/h, real cycling infrastructure, reinforced public transport, urban developments designed to slow down without repressing... Result: fewer accidents, less stress

What's truly disturbing is that this isn't a unique case: the entire Americas region is affected. Measles cases have increased 30-fold this year compared to last. Even in Canada and the United States, health authorities are on alert.

What I've always loved about this film is how it continues the spirit of the Pertwee years without trying to imitate it. The atmosphere is heavy, a little theatrical at times; and it works! It's not a blockbuster, it's more intimate, almost like a forgotten episode found deep in the UNIT archives

Instead of banking on rising oil prices, they are banking on a kind of "industrial resilience." Produce en masse, at low cost, even if it means crushing the competition that can't keep up in this area. This says a lot about their firepower, but also about the evolution of the sector

I find there's a special charm to visiting parks like this, a bit impromptu, when there's no pressure of "you have to do everything quickly before it closes." You can really enjoy the place, relax between two attractions, and even rediscover things you'd forgotten about

I think we all go through those days at one time or another when we don't want solutions, or even advice... just a sincere presence. Someone who holds us tight and stays there, without question. It seems simple, but it has become rare. And yet, so precious.

I found it fascinating to see a Carter who doesn't yet have the personal pain of the film, but who is already tough, with a kind of merciless lucidity. The fact that it's written in the present tense adds a constant tension; we're in his head, but without ever really getting attached to him.

Voting for Zack Polanski is not trivial. What he proposes is not just a program, it is a disruptive strategy. We are talking about a guy who admits to wanting to shake up the codes, to make the green discourse more impactful, more emotional, more understandable for people
