I haven't tried natto with maple syrup, but now I have to! Thanks for the suggestion. FYI, in Canada eggs are sold with the assumption that they will be cooked. We can still eat them raw but there's risk involved so we usually don't. I haven't given up alcohol forever. Just taking it easy for now. 😂

In Canada we can only get frozen natto imported from Japan, unless we cultivate it ourselves at home. My daughter and I love natto, but my wife and son still find it challenging to eat. Good job on cutting back on alcohol! I've been trying as well. It's been over two months since I had any alcohol.
