I did a thing today

That’s me in the red jacket at the Palm Desert city Council meeting on Tuesday, December 16. Me and other Coachella Valley residents were standing up against the proposal for the city to stop recognizing pride month. Needless to say many people in the community were there to voice their objections.

Great turn out yesterday in Palm Springs for the No Kings protest. 5,000+ people!

I wanted to see for myself what happened. Had to stop to sit down to not cry in the middle of the sidewalk. I keep thinking what if someone had been walking closer when it happened. It could have been so much worse. #PalmSprings #ourloveisalive

I took a couple of pictures from Saturday’s candidate forum to show that a lot of voters in district 41 were interested to hear from me and the other candidates about our plans to better our community and get rid of Ken Calvert. I am so very grateful for the turnout and the enthusiasm.
