rare posts from me, i can't be on here or i'll just have panic attacks regularly again

really don't know what i should be doing anymore, i won't be coming back to social media but i know we don't want things to be getting worse without a fight, i feel like i'm letting people down by not doing something

looking just now is starting to give me terrible anxiety again, i feel like i should be taking action with everyone else but at the same time i also feel like i don't have the capacity to do so and not spiral into depression

i'm not going to be posting on here regularly, just happened upon Lockheed Skunk's post and wanted to share because i've felt the same way for over a year at this point, current times have sucked most of my creative energy away
