I’m wondering if anybody knows where you could find recordings of African-American spirituals? My son was supposed to listen to recordings of African-American spirituals for his history class, but they’ve been removed from the library of Congress.

I just had to have a very fucked up conversation with my kid about not answering the door if the door bell rings or there’s knocking. ICE or people claiming to be ICE were spotted around our neighborhood.
