The discount rack at the market had heirloom tomatoes, so I did a small batch salsa experiment. I jarred in 4 ounce jars to see if that is a good one or two serving amount for me. Tiny fridge on the boat, so anything that I can use in one serving is a win 🍜🍽️

Experimental cookies. I had a quarter cup mochiko (rice flour) languishing in my pantry, so I substituted it for an equal amount of AP flour. This yielded a slightly stiffer dough than usual. Will know in about 10 minutes how the cookies turn out 🍽️🍜
