If its just a stitch to fix the small tear. I will only be in a sling for 10 days and a lil bit of physical therapy. If he has to put an anchor in incase the tear is worse then what was on the MRI. Then it be 30 days with several months of PT. So lets hope not that. But I will keep you all updated
