I had a really rough moment a few months after losing my dad suddenly. I was practising yoga at home - this unabiding sadness welled up inside me and seemed to paralyse me on my mat. My dog dashed over and just lay there with me, his paws on my hand. They are our furry guardian angels.

Apparently, Israel's enemies include babies and toddlers, pregnant women and elderly men, aid workers and journalists

Pope Francis, a beautiful disrupter, a rare Catholic leader with the courage to defy. He was not perfect, and the Church could certainly modernise when it comes to women, but he was the best Pope in history. May the next individual elected to this role carry forth the momentum. Rest in Power.
