I don't miss it at all. In fact, I kind of regret the time I have spent gaming in the past. I guess time enjoyed isn't wasted time, but time not enjoyed certainly is. Many games these days focus on trying to get you playing more or selling you stuff in the cash stores rather than being enjoyable.

I think I “grew out of” gaming. I’d much rather read a good book these days than spend my time playing games, many of which are just annoying or have mediocre storytelling.

Why not use the kernel’s built in virtualization: QEMU/KVM with a front end like virt-manager?
