Of course we had no actual plans to "get rid" of the alps. Where would we put them? But this slogan managed to express our discontent with the status quo, our struggle for more freedom.

In her book Enemy Feminists, author Sophie Lewis lays out not only the history of TERFs but also other troubling currents in feminism, which at times veered into colonialist, racist, pro-police, pro-nazi territory.

Meanwhile in the UK, the highest court ruled just last week that the legal definition of ‘woman’ excludes trans women. Sadly, transphobia has a history in ‘feminism’ [> must read: «Enemy Feminist» from Sophie Lewis @reproutopia].
