They balance each other out. She often acts more exasperated with him than she is. She also sees how much effort he really puts in and how much he cares. It gets overlooked because he deflects with humor but she sees it.
It’s a plus that he has a pet rat and she loves rats.

The clones and the jedi are often at odds. The clones focus mission first. Bellara tries to do that but is finding it increasingly hard because the planet they’re on currently reminds her too much of her homeworld. She’s becoming disillusioned with the Republic fast.

Bellara, on the other hand, takes things too seriously. She never expected to be on the frontlines of anything, and was hoping to become an archivist. If anyone but Jorrin had selected her as a Padawan, she would have joined the Service Corps instead, but she owes him her life.

I also have this of Kai’ren and Bellara, the Padawan duo leading this squad of commandos.
Kai’ren is energetic and chaotic and friendly and is the better trained of the two. He had a rocky start with the clones bc he can be very cavalier about most things and doesn’t seem to take much seriously.
