Sometimes it's flat, other times it's not, which is fine. Never realized just how hard one needs to work on abdominals because I'll feel it during exercise, but nothing the next day. The lovehandles are really resistant and slowly strip away hope. Lower back is super unattractive.

It was time in my #fitness journey to exhume old photos to gauge my progress. 2012 I was 115 lbs & malnourished w/no muscle. 2022 & 200lbs.
Today, I still have a front pudge and significant lovehandles, so I'm done bulking the top & now working lower 1/2.
Any kind suggestions would be helpful.

To be fair, it is super easy to steal kills w/ Punisher when you're in panic mode. Total Spray 'n Pray sometimes.

It's vintage, but Blackjack is my #1, particularly the movie. Modern favorite Castlevania comes in as a close 2nd.

I'm not there yet. Not THERE...yet. I want to be. Really, REALLY want to be. It's not so simple to go from completely Off for a decade to On. It's like using a car that's been totalled.
Replace the parts, the upholstery, tune it up, and hope it runs when the time comes.

An honest progress report, for meself. Pic on left was before Thanksgiving & the slightly trashy poc on the right is from tonight. Really lost deffinition through all the basic holiday indulgences, but I flattened the stomach just a bit.

2nd day at the gym and lawdy there's so much to talk about! Most notably there is a pocket of machines in the front next to the windows. Easily identified as the Bro Zone. Shadow boxing, grunt sessions, chest bumps--the whole shabang. I don't go there. Despite it having the only glute press.
