Alien in an increasingly hostile environment. Once again having to think about a plan B, annoyed, but at least I've got options.
Loves the fells, sea, books, and chocolate though not necessarily in that order. Easily bored. Last in the queue for patience

Lovely walk at Kelburn Castle: saw bullfinches, goldcrest, wrens, nuthatches, tree creepers, and a robin followed us around 😊

Couldn’t sleep so went for an early walk, starting off in the dark. Those birds are noisy just then!
Now at the pencil and there’s a door at the back ☺️
Sun still not up 🙄
Pencil shaped building with a little door about 6 feet up. The door is round at the top and has lighter stonework all around. There’s a tree either bare branches on the left and stonework around the base of the building. The picture was taken a few days ago when the sun WAS around so the sky is blue 😊

Snow on Arran
Over the sea you can see islands in the distance. The island furthest away has snow on the mountains. There is a little ferry to the left of the picture

View towards Cumbrae. You can just see the outline of the island through the fog over the water. There are railings in the front and a ferry to the left. The ferry has black ramps, a white body and the bridge is red
