Yeah it's always been literal right-wing propaganda but it's gotten even worse over the last ~10 years or so w/ Trump. If you can believe it they were quite anti-Trump during the 2016 primaries but after all the moderates left or were Me-Too'ed it's gotten progressively move unabashed

Looking back at it now I do remember seeing the AI portrait when it came out and this image was generated after that, so this wasn't the first AI generated image I saw

While it may or may not be somewhat similar to some people's experience of a stroke, this was an AI generated image from back when the goal of image generation was mostly just to make something look realistic, not to follow a prompt
