Ppl dont seem to understand that nb and gnc a) aren’t bound to androgyny for their comfort and b) do not consider gender the same way so they can present absolutely however the hell they want which is the whole ass point. And there’s the thing of having to work with the body we are born with -

I think people trying to tie nb and gnc with androgyny as a last ditch attempt to categorise it as a sort of “third sex” that can be immediately recognisable so they don’t have to face the reality that body and gender aren’t the same thing

Not to mention that equating gnc or nonbinary = visibly afab ALSO plays into the transphobic belief you can "tell"

like somehow Viktor being skinny makes him MORE feminine than Jayce, which... is just a harmful way to think in general, because thats simply not true

Trans bodies (including nb and gnc) come in so many shapes and sizes that you really can't "tell" and its pretty insulting to see people do that even unconsciously.

Viktor isn't any more nb or gnc than Jayce and Jayce isn't any less nb or gnc because he's looks "more masculine"
