All in all they're all stunning logos!! Excited to see what the final choice is, these look wonderful!

I like 1 the most! It draws the eye best, has a cute n memorable ring to it, and the circle is reminiscent of a campfire itself!! 
If you want to push the logo more I'd suggest making the fire blue/close to your grey to tie them together
Adding an eerie 'cryptid' vibe as well as making more readable
