Hi! I'm Kit, A nonbinary photographer/artist who loves to make weird art inspired by horror and nature. Currently doing a lot of cyanotype stuff, including working on a cyanotype playing card deck. I have finally decided to make a proper art account here on bluesky.
A cyanotype print of The Columns in Eugene, OR. The print itself is a beautiful rich blue monotone print, with rough, painterly edges. The photo looks up at the top of the basalt rock formations as they reach like crowded pillars to the partially cloudy sky. A Cyanotype image of a close up of a flamingo. It's head is tucked close to it's body, and it's 8 eyes stare at the viewer. It's two beaks rest against it's chest. The chemicals of the cyanotype have left large drip patterns on the image, giving it a mottled, imperfect look. A photo of a small banner hanging on the wall. It has a cyanotype print of a skull surrounded by small lightning-like branches. The banner is hemmed in red thread.

Remembering a year ago when the Aurora Borealis was visible here in Oregon! My camera saw it better than my human eyes, but is was spectacular none the less.
