Since my last day at Snowflake, I've been on a civic duty speed-run. I became a U.S. citizen, went canvassing door-to-door in Phoenix and Reno, voted for the first time, and just this week: jury duty.

I almost gave up on Stack Overflow this week. But then - luckily for all of us - it's still my platform of choice to build a knowledge base together and help others.

Btw, I did tweet in June. The whole thing is just imploding. The faulty stats are a reflection of the underlying problems:

- No engineers to keep the systems working.
- Management not paying their GCP bills.
- ...

Twitter, Reddit, Stack Overflow next? It's sad to say goodbye to all the platforms that made my professional rep go up.

Excited to learn about what's next. Everything is going to change.
