This isn't possible, with how the protocol inherently functions. You're essentially asking for control of others' accounts in this case, which obviously shouldn't ever happen.

The Tories drafted it, and every member of Labour was for its introduction to law. They were entirely complicit and are absolutely on the same level as the Tories. In fact, the Conservative Party as a whole voted Nay on this bill. Labour vote Aye.
