Reading about it online and seeing stuff like "reduce stress, get enough sleep, eat enough protein" as if I'm not a mentally ill insomniac with [redacted] in a stressful period of my life like damn no wonder all my hair is falling out

Whenever I get stressed enough out my hair starts falling out in big clumps and that's what it's doing right now but approaching 30 is not helping my hair loss anxieties. Please I don't need another thing going against my appearance 😭

That said *most* men in my family don't go bald, my dad was just unlucky, so there is hope for me

The extra fucked up thing is that if I am going bald it would probably happen with or without the HRT because of my fucky hormones </3

I'm going to keep growing it out bc in case I do go bald I want to enjoy having a full head of long hair at least one more time

This is the age my father started balding. Doesn't stop him from keeping his hair long and it probably won't stop me either BUT I want to have a nice look while I can
