So per the article, the last successful referendum to remove a law was in 2007 to remove school vouchers. Guess what we have now? School vouchers. The its legislature are vultures. Disgusting.

Utah’s Medicaid is not called that. It’s called State Medicaid. If it’s administered by a private company they can call it what they want, and I think there are four companies that run Medicaid plans besides the state. None of them are called that ^
