it’s frightening to some or most Americans,
however, it is dangerous to most,
as well as, dangerous to others around the world.
It’s an indicator of danger to others, a dangerous ideology.

The real injustice is that when a life is lost because of these policies/governing entities, there’s no reversing that, like the holocaust.
We keep going, they don’t. They don’t get justice.

Generally, people decide they want this, feel entitled to it, & don’t care about laws.
No matter what laws are made/enforced, they still exist. It’s a mode of operation. It’s the reason we have laws but it doesn’t fix the problem, does it?

It’s fun but not necessary for the cats to do this.
One of my 5 cats has never been interested in it at all but she’s extremely sensitive.

If he is, then hold on to the leash and just go for 2-3 minutes.

He’s young. He might be open to it by curiosity.
Tug the harness with a firm “no” if he goes too fast, in the wrong direction, eats bad grass, etc.

If he does, then lay the harness where he can see it, smell it, lay on it.
Try putting it on him just once a day without the leash. Take it off if there’s a fuss.
When there’s less fuss, leave it on without a leash for a couple minutes.
