not to keep ranting at u maria but like ok. i get why some ppl like to use ts4 cc in the other games bc it creates “consistency”… but to me it feels wrong to like, violate the game’s intended aesthetic with a different game?? that might be the ocdtism talking tho 🥴

personally for ts2 i dont wanna be downloading a lot of stuff that isn’t indistinguishable from actual maxis content except maybe default genetics (but thats bc i like my sims to generally look more like the box art and renders or console games which are a bit different detail wise)… come onnnn guys

sooo many of the “maxis match” hair systems i find are like, more similar to the sims 3 than ts2, both texturally and structurally. again no shade to ppl who make that stuff or the ppl who like that stuff. but i need yall to start saying “semi-mm” or some shit. this is crazy.

i’m sorry to be going on this rant but i feel crazy trying to find hair for ts2 that actually matches the aesthetic of *that* game and not just like matches any game maxis worked on?? it’s like adding spore models and textures to ts2 and calling it maxis match 😭
