Do the members of Congress truly understand the document they swore to uphold?!?!? Who’s to blame for this mess? 1: The people who voted for Trump 2: Non-voters and 3: the members of Congress who refuse to act. This could have ended months ago if they acted in a collaborative manner to remove him.
