Yeah, it’s really is terrifying. One minute you’re here and totally fine, then you just start feeling like shit for a moment before its lights out with no obvious reason.

Turns out it’s just your nervous system going into panic mode. Bodies are weird.

Find out the trigger, avoid where possible. Lay down when not to reduce the time to recovery.

I used to not mind blood, but somehow that changed and now I pass out sometimes. Worst one was when I was sitting in bed and couldn’t be leveled out. Sent my wife into a panic with a trip to the ER.
