Note: I’ve watched the “truck” circle around in like a 3 mile radius around our house for HOURS before, so seeing the truck about a mile away means very little.

Sometimes it sucks living within half a mile of the UPS depot. Packages get loaded on a truck before 8am, I get a notice that it should arrive between 3:00-600.
Now updated to “by 7:00” but it’s almost 8 and the truck has clearly gone back home for the night 🙄

Welp. I took more things apart than I needed to, cleaned up as much as I could, but gave up on the cleanup when I got to the hotend heating assembly. Just too much to try to clean up. And of course it had to be Protopasta HTPLA so hitting it with the heat gun may have just made it harder.

I’ve been spoiled by great audiobook narrators. This one, I swear I’m going to scream if I hear rapier pronounced ray-PEER (with much emphasis on the PEER) too many more times.
It’s three syllables with the emphasis at the beginning, according to MW. 🙄

I’m getting more and more pissed at scam calls, type of thing that scares people like my mom. Don’t know how many she’s acted on (hopefully not many) but I think I’ve gotten her to reliably stop and contact me to check it out. This time is from my phone 😾

Honestly, not bad for just slapping some paint on paper. 😹

Technology has finally caught up. The cat toy I always wanted is here. Rechargeable (no AA or AAA batteries) but can operate while plugged in. Works for 10 minutes every 2 hours, or can be turned on manual. Random movements, with different options for area. T’Pau loves it.

Looks a lot like my T’Pau!
I can not for the life of me find the stl for a model I used to print. It’s a stem for roses that has leaves but no thorns. Someone actually ordered one, and I may have to ask them if they’ll accept a different style 😹
In the photo it’s the one I labeled “leaves smooth”
Any ideas?

Haven’t we learned to stay home when sick? Nope! I guess as long as it’s not Covid (or people probably don’t even test anymore) it’s ok to go to a sold-out movie and get other people sick.
