being able to scan products in real time was a BLESSING

it’s not easy.. it’s not cheap.. but your body is worth it

others around you may not get it
but you do.. and that’s all that matters

small steps still move

cross contamination is real and no matter how careful a restaurant is.
ask questions, advocate for your help, and give yourself grace

you will lose face fat

it wasn’t an overnight process but I seen changes slowly…

it’s definitely something you’ll notice but others won’t say anything for awhile

I didn’t have to give up everything I was surprised about how many non dairy desserts there were out there
