My icewing oc cardinal in the snow (it's been so hot out I wanted to draw snow because I miss being cold lol tho it was actully super nice out today it cooled down alot I'm hoping it dosent warm back up)

found this old doctor who art i did in late 2022 and desided to redraw it took me all day but im super proud of the new one (fun fact this desighn is based on a shirt i have that has the 13th doctor as a cat on it hehe)
