yes! ive had shingles 6+ times before getting the shingrix vaccine. ive not had another outbreak since (2020). i was an exception to the age rule bc i had it so often, but i 100% recommend anyone thats had chicken poc to get that shingrix vaccine, bc shingles sucks! and so does rfk jr.
