Wrexham turnaround is pretty similar actually. They went from slightly above amateur/semi-pro level to getting promoted like 4 times and nearly being in the premier league. They just beat Nottingham Forest. That's like your local community college facing Rutgers in football and winning.

What I'm saying is, writing is great and the most I ever learned about writing and about my subject came in class, not as homework. Every paper I've written since that day has been fuggin easy peasy and mostly enlightening. I learned how to learn during those 2 months.

One of my best classes in high school involved us writing a 15 page paper in class for like 2 months. Learned so much about how to write a big paper, how to do research using academic articles, etc. And a huge part of that was having a teacher to lean on and ask questions and get advice.

Thats exactly how it *should* be but Hogg and his plan to primary "Do Nothing Dems" are being fought every step of the way by the DNC, who he is Vice Chair of.
And you can essentially be abandoned by the DNC if you try to primary someone. The incumbent always gets the funding. So its often unfair.

I think we can and should definitely call what they're describing as theft. But like, it has to be a new term cuz wage theft already means a specific thing.

My dad and I were playing in lake Michigan throwing rocks and trying to make big splashes when he found what we assume is a cephalopod/nautilus fossil. Pretty sick stuff. I was OBSESSED with dinosaurs and paleontology at the time so that was a fucking miracle to me. So cool.
