You can have normal blood sugar but still be insulin resistant if your pancreas overproduces insulin. Over time, this leads to fat storage, inflammation, and higher diabetes risk. Reduce sugar, eat more fiber, and stay active to improve insulin sensitivity. ⏰⏰⏰

Ugh, who else has been there? 😩 I'd try fasting, then overeat 🙈. My sweet tooth was bad and my skin was never clear 😭 I don’t know I needed more vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Then I found this amazing system online that made it SO easy to get everything I needed, all naturally!
