He was phenomenal in so many roles and it feels like the "easy" option to point to Tombstone as a favorite role, but it was truly transformative.

The company I work for is closing this location, so we're emptying out cabinets that haven't been gone through in decades. I love the aesthetic of this old packaging. Something about the combination of font choice and colors immediately identifies them as old.

@killbykill.bsky.social Finally gonna see this thing the way it was intended. Taking my son, who is absolutely psyched about it. We watched this one and Final Chapter back to back a couple weeks ago, which is unkind to 3. Maybe this will redeem it at least a little.

Been listening to a lot of synthwave lately. This 2022 album by Dance With the Dead is a really good one that I keep coming back to.

Didn't get a chance yesterday, so here's to 30 years of spiraling downward. I can't overstate how important NIN is to me or how many times I've revisited this album in the past 30 years and found solace in its darkness and desolation.

Love Predator and Rocky, but for my money, Carl Weathers' best role was as Carl Weathers on Arrested Development. The man was funny as hell. RIP King
