He actually played well against the Steelers last week in his first game with real playing time, but he looked pretty bad on those last two plays for sure.

That makes sense, I wasn’t expecting the falloff for Williams yet, that contract has been a huge disappointment. Eddie Jackson looks like Rock Ya-Sin did last year: cooked.

What are your thoughts on why the Ravens safety play has been so poor this season other then Kyle Hamilton and Ar’darius Washington.

I met him downtown while he was out with his family at an event and he was such a nice guy, very kind. It’s nice that some of us remember players like that who really tried to turn it around under horrible ownership.

So much toxic negativity and just reactionary takes. I couldn’t take it anymore, not to mention half the people on there seemed to be blue check Barstool Bros, which isn’t really my scene lol.

I would bet Ravens Twitter will still be better, but once some big names like Jeff Zrebiec and Jamison Hensley get on here, along with the official team account, it’ll go heavy towards Bluesky. Also, Ravens Twitter today is way different than it was 15 years ago when I made my account. Not as good.

Hard to fully explain while keeping people anonymous, but I was able to speak with someone who works in the Nats organization who told me a former teammate of Castillo said he’s a locker room cancer and that’s why he’s bounced around. Probably best to avoid him.

Exactly, it's easy for him to look like he's in the right saying "oh you guys replaced me with #32" with a smirk, but he's playing well after playing poorly for the Dolphins last season. Marcus Williams hasn't been a good signing, but he had been healthy and played well before. FA is a crapshoot.

You're 100% right, and I was just talking to a coworker about that which makes it fresh in my memory. They were mediocre right up until the playoffs and flipped that switch. I hope this group can do it. I haven't seen a secondary play this poorly in a while, since probably 2007 with their injuries.

Shit, I'll take almost any defensive year over this current squad. Maybe not the first few seasons Ravens defense, but certainly the rest since like '99.
