speaking of "scrapping ideas," maybe it would be fun to try to make an edge at the bottom that is zigzag shaped to represent a torn scrap of paper. could be more fun than trying to get a clean looking edge on that folded thing? idk, still workshopping here :eccehomo:

@FritzAdalis just a lot of stuff happened. some of it rather intense. seems all will work out ok in the end but a lot to write about

@jmac yeah normally what is here black would be the path but giving the stroke and negative space equal width made for a nice optical effect

@phil i thought i was in ace hardware the other day but it turns out was at true value. i tried to return a box of ace hardware screws and the guy looked at me like i was an idiot.
