@glyph I'm not going to sell you on audiophile-shaped equipment (I gave up in that direction years ago), but will point out that most _actually good_ bluetooth over-the-ear options (including the Bose QC series) have 3.5mm cables for analog connections where you feel those are necessary

@glyph I have Bose QC(something)s for travel: they're cheapish at costco, do good noise cancellation, and most of the surfaces that will touch your grease factories are user-replaceable.

I have shokz openruns for being out and about: bone conduction has been a surprisingly pleasant discovery
