Just finished this memorial for a client. Her Father served in WWII. His favorite bird was a red tailed hawk. This one showed up in her yard on the anniversary of his passing. The feathers I painted on are from a heritage turkey.

This is my Aloe Merlothi ( my apologies for incorrect spelling) in bloom. It is a tree aloe with fabulous spines on it. It’s almost a meter and a half across now.

Hi! Am a wildlife artist who paints on feathers. I mat them with my old boating charts and then use frames made from old lobster and crab traps.
