A reddit post introduced me to Karpatka today. It's literally a giant Polish cream puff.

Need to let the choux cool in the oven to set more next time, but otherwise full marks.
A layered dessert of a round of choux pastry covered by a layer of vanilla pastry cream, topped with another layer of choux pastry, then dusted with powdered sugar. Formed in a spring form pan, set on a towel on a kitchen counter. The sugar dusting overflows the edges of the dessert, outlining the whole thing against the towel. A slice of choux pastry layers filled with vanilla pastry cream, dusted with powdered sugar, on a speckled blue and white plate. It strongly resembles a slice of brie or Camembert cheese.

Morning glory is a horrible, noxious, invasive weed.

And it's also beautiful.
