Li ontem a entrevista da Ministra Prof.ª Maria da Graça Carvalho onde afirma que "só existirá eólica offshore em Portugal quando (esta) for economicamente viável" e dei por mim a refletir sobre o que é estratégia e o seu exato oposto.
