I think a couple news reports on the “Gold Card” mentioned that there was already an party for people investing in US based businesses. I checked and the threshold for the Individual Entrepreneur Program is a $311 thousand dollar investment that still own.

Or you can pay $5 million.

Cranberry walnut bread, remembered the egg wash, so it’s pretty. Good rise too, should be lighter than last time.

Experimenting with the platform . Post pics of stuff I’ve made, tag ‘em with everything I can think of, and see if anyone notices.

This is a side hatchet I made last month. It used to hew or whittle rough split wood into shape.

Shop-made router plane a la Paul Sellers. Could be prettier, but works well. Made with scraps from around the shop, I’ll have to pick up the recommended 5” tool bit, the one I grabbed from the lathe cabinet barely manages 3/8” depth.

Last weeks excitement was these card files. They’re about twice as big as pictures in my head and the auction listing neglected to mention that they were full.

This will hinder my plan to put my clutter away in them. Especially because they’re full of good stuff.
