November is Prematurity Awareness Month! All month long, Saul's Light is hosting PUSH-UPS FOR PREEMIES, a social media fitness challenge to raise awareness of prematurity and how it impacts our community.

🎯The main goal is to understand how Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia (BPD) affects families over time. Key areas of focus include physical and emotional health, social relationships, daily functioning, as well as financial and medical challenges.

📝The BronQ Family study is an international research project led by GFCNI in collaboration with international experts, healthcare professionals, scientific advisors, healthcare societies, educational institutions, and parent organizations.

It's worth noting that units who allow families to bring a discharged multiple back into the NICU reap the benefits of parental presence.
