This is a super blue district and while Meg Luger-Nikolai is going to be a great representative for us and I was happy to support and vote for her, the real story might have been MN 47A, where the Democrat ran unopposed! And that district went for Harris at 61% in 2024.

I think that people realizing that they need to pay more attention to what is happening and what people really say would be winning. Voters didn't understand what they were voting for, or the impact of choosing not to vote. Maybe they will after this disaster.

I think states should divert withholding to escrow accounts the way tenants do when landlords fail to maintain buildings. States could then use the Interest to make up for lost federal grants they are entitled to receive.
