senators really like the filibuster because they have a dumb attachment to the norms of the body as well, even more than other federal politicians. they were probably scared it was going to come to that

I don't defend Twitter. I have posted about how it's a Nazi app and prompted me to delete it. Can you engage me in good faith? To be clear, my point was just that Nazis on the site attacked Will, and they do. I have criticism of Will (that you liked!). It's just true.

I think he probably misunderstands what makes way for fascism sometimes. I disagree with his thought process on it generally. I don't know what you're referencing re: public-private partnerships. They're good somtimes, sometimes they're bad. The PRC has used them effectively, for sure

I do not think Will, all my disagreements aside, is making the way for fascism. I think he's vociferously opposed to it. It's one of the best things about Will.

I should say I think he's "being stupid" rather than "is stupid" (I don't think Will is dumb) with regard to that.
anyway, if you're on twitter you see him getting constantly antagonized by the far right fringe. Will is wrong about a lot and can be strange but I can't be convinced to dislike him.
