1 post on Reddit. I targeted the right subreddit at the right time and the traffic came by itself 🤞

It’s coming, still a proof of concept for now!

Now, about the fact it is a screen that is always on:

- I use eink for that purpose, less notifications, more focused on one think, no dopamine rollercoaster
- You will have the possibility to customise what you see on the dashboard

I have this on my desk and now my phone is always off.

Thanks for the feedback. If you're talking about the dashboard carousel in the hero section, it is now fix

4. Bounce rate: 30%

70% of people stayed on the page.
Average session: 1min 53s.
Long enough to read the value prop and decide.
Good signal.

What's next:

- Email the 12 people. Ask what dashboard they want most.
- Iterate on landing page copy based on session recordings

3. Geographic mismatch is real
Top traffic sources:

- US: 25.6%
- UK: 9.6%
- Germany: 7.7%

I was trying to build a European alternative to TRMNL... and most interest is coming from the US.
Either I'm solving the wrong problem, or I need to reframe for the US market too.

2. Validation ≠ Sales

703 upvotes feels amazing. But upvotes don't pay bills.
What matters: 12 people gave me their email.
That's 12 humans I can talk to. 12 people who might actually buy.

1. The framing matters more than the product

Same dashboard. Different subreddits. 100x difference in engagement.

r/ProductivityApps: 582 views, 3 upvotes
r/digitalminimalism: 59k views, 703 upvotes

The product didn't change. The narrative did.

Thanks I appreciate that. I’m building the landing page to catch some emails for a waiting list
