How we feel about him now?
He's 93-52 all-time. Who ya gonna replace him? He's the only active coach with at least a .500 record vs Reid. And they've lost the last two years by a grand total of 6 points. So who do you replace him with?

Marty isn't a good example. He was the HC of 3 teams.
In the last two seasons of each tenure he was a combined 63-32. The combined record of each team in the 2 seasons post Marty is 47-48 and not one made the SB.
