i haven't had such a nice day in literal weeks, despite even the fact that i cried twice. i watched game awards with my boyfriend, i managed to get some work done and i spent a lovely evening with my beautiful friends whom i havent's seen in so long. never kill yourself.

i have talked with my aunt who's a psychiatrist, she gave me contact to an amazing psychologist and psychiatrist who specialise in treatment of adhd. she motivated me to take care of this and will also send me some more literature on how to operate as an adult with attention disorder
i have officially taken my first step towards adhd and pmdd treatment. it feels way bigger than it actually is but i'm pretty impressed with myself. it's about time i do something about my rapidly declining mental health

my friend convinced me to go on a walk with him and i just want to say that i appreciate so much the fact that he always checks up on me and still wants to meet with me even though i cancel so many of our plans bcs i don't feel great
