So the liquid fast didn't last very long... I have, however, discovered that baked potatoes are relatively low cal. I now have a new food fixation🥔🥔🥔

I have been unable to stop myself from eating everything in sight since Thanksgiving day. My stomach is killing me. If I can't manage to Liquid fast this entire next week, I'll buy myself a bike. Hopefully, that will be motivation enough.
