Time is flying! Don't forget to pre-order A Killing Breath! Unerving Magazine had great things to say about the series.

Now that I've turned in the final changes for "A Killing Breath", I can post the kind words the awesome Rachel Howzell Hall said about the work. BTW, I'm saving up for my tattoo.

Running like mad this weekend writing, working and caring for others. Woke up thinking of doing more of the same. The dog bit my shoelaces until I did this. Good dog.

As I work on the 4th & final book of my Raven Burns' Killing series, I once again turn to Anne Lamott for advice.

Breathe, and remember that all you have to do is "...write down as much as [you] can see through a one-inch picture frame."

Yep, & in the end you'll have a novel, or at least the SFD.

Grand demons visited this past weekend. They were up to shenanigans. Left a mess, like always. Didn’t even have the courtesy to get rid of the body.

…okay, seriously, they were over and this is what greeted me on my way to my outdoor office Monday morning. I was like, “…hahahaha…what??”

Had a great day writing yesterday, but my villain Floyd Fire Burns is scary af. Here is a pic of strange things my grand demons leave around the house apropos of nothing. Another intense day today, wish me luck.

Today is going to be an intense writing day. Since my villain wears a peacock feather in his white fedora, I think this peacock appearing in my yard is a sign. Also, a plant I thought was dead and is not, and a stone lady my family banished to the outside because they said it was creepy. No cats.

I’m not alone! Soooo many cats!
