I agree to the sentiment of it’s a good time to arm yourself, but as you well know threat assessment requires the information you are using to make said assessment to be accurate, and creating a panic inducing discourse over unverified information is fucking bad.

CNN isent even able to name a source, it’s literally “justice department officials” not even a “spoke to us about, or discussed plans for” just “unnamed people who may or may not exist made no real comment on anything”
