I had a good time in my sketchbook last night! A beach, a lighthouse, and a bright blue sky. More over on my Substack if you hang out there: open.substack.com/pub/dianefay...

Summer is leaving ever-so-slowly and October is feeling gentler than ever. Look to your gardens for the earth’s natural cycle, for our truest rhythms, and find yourself again.

I finished watching Bad Sisters (🍎 TV) and I can’t recommend it enough. A dark Irish comedy and I hope there’s another season. I don’t think they can top the last two, they were pretty much perfect.

What’s the little ol’ Pennsylvania gal up to lately? Working, painting, drawing, cooking, walking in nature, appreciating murmurations on my commute, cuddling my dog, chatting with my college-aged son, texting my husband who is traveling for work, and generally just observing the chaos around us.
