Silent Voices brings shared experiences so people affected by growing up in such a home no longer feel alone, isolated or on their own. Understanding what happened to us growing up in such a home reduces the sense of difference, of feeling ‘othered’ and not quite ‘fitting in’. There is no ‘normal’.
